The Loose Change Band was first established in 1988 although, it was then called The Bull Creek Band. The band's founding members, Gino and Bobby met long before the formation of the band. The two started singing, playing and entertaining together with just a guitar and a keyboard when they were fraternity brothers at SMSU in Springfield, MO. Together, they entered and won many contests in the Springfield and Branson, MO areas.

After completing college, they both came home to Kansas City. Gino enjoyed visiting many clubs and "sitting in" with the bands. With his incredible voice and magnetic personality, it was no surprise to this writer when a bar owner asked Gino if he would be the regular entertainment at her establishment. Gino was not part of a band and never had been, but he accepted the job. He called his buddy Bob, who wasn't quite sure the whole thing could be pulled off. A few phone calls and a week or two later, they were getting paid to play!! The rest is history.

Today, Loose Change provides listeners with favorite memories and the opportunity to make new ones by performing not only Rhythm and Blues, but Classic Rock, Country favorites, and even selections from the current Pop charts. Loose Change has the ability to please a variety of musical tastes and feels confident performing songs from several musical genres.

In addition to being featured at area clubs, festivals, special events and private engagements, Loose Change feels it is vital to contribute to the community. This is a commitment that this group has proven throughout the years. They have helped to raise money for the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Foundation, Hope House, Jake Robel Foundation, and D.A.R.E. programs in the City of Raymore and Cass County. They have also spent many afternoons and evenings performing at events for agencies that service adults with developmental disabilities.

Loose Change is a professional act, with more years of experience than they may want to admit. This group not only plays music, they ENTERTAIN. "We are committed to maintaining a wide variety of musical styles to ensure your every occasion becomes an event." This group of artists works hard to involve the audience and to ensure that every person present is having a great time.
